Return Policy

At Aabaddha, we want you to love any product you purchased from us and we hope you don’t have to visit this page often. We follow high quality standards, but in case you are not satisfied you can reach us at aabaddhahw@gmail.com or Sales@aabaddha.com

If you wish to return, Notify us with the problems / fitting issues etc within 7 days of product delivery date and provided the following procedure and conditions are followed:

The customer will have to raise a return request from their Aabaddha account, within 7 days of the date of delivery.

The customer will have to log in into their account to return the product. Once logged in, the customer can click on the “Returns” option to proceed and follow the steps mentioned therein to initiate the procedure.
A reverse pickup slip will be shared by our team, which has to be attached along with the garment to be returned.
The reverse pickup process takes 10-15 working days to be processed, since a third party delivery partner is involved.
The Customer can also self-ship the products in cases where Reverse Pick- up may not apply. In case the customer chooses to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
In case of Self Shipped returns, the customer will be asked to share a copy of the outgoing courier receipt at aabaddhahw@gmail.com
Please include the original contents, certificates and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed properly during transit.
Please send the return shipment back to our warehouse at the address below.

Please include the original contents, certificates and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed properly during transit.
In case of product being damaged in-transit; please contact our customer service at +919510775391 before sending the shipment back to us. Our customer service representative will guide you in preparing the return shipment.
For the damaged product returns, you will be reimbursed provided you include the courier receipt along with the return shipment. This is subject to your returns being inspected by our Quality Check team upon receiving the product.
For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
All items to be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.
Any item that has been altered or repaired will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
Items on sale will not be applicable for returns/refunds.
In case of a refund, the amount paid for the garment, will be credited to the customer’s e-wallet in their account, on www.aabaddha.com
Only after the Quality Check of the garment is performed by our team, and it’s found in proper condition, will the amount for the returned garment be reimbursed on the customers e-wallet on aabaddha.com
The e-wallet credit will be available for use for 6 months from the date of issue.
Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
In case you receive a damaged/defective product, we might request you to share snap shots at aabaddhahw@gmail.comourcustomer service representative will get in touch with you for the same.
PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Cancellation Policy

Aabaddha.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

What is our Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our Warehouse through our Website. Any amount paid will be reimbursed.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

No, you cannot modify the order yourself after placing an order on Aabaddha. Please get in touch with aabaddhahw@gmail.com. Should you have any shipping address change request, please note that the shipping address can only be changed before your order has been packed at our Warehouse.

How do I cancel my order?

You need to be logged into your Aabaddha account to cancel an order. Once you are logged in, click on cancel and follow the procedure.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive refund within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
